Cross country is here!
Runner2Runner cross country (XC) offers progressive training and competition in a safe, positive and supportive environment for teams made up of boys and girls. First time runner? No problem! We welcome all athletes, of all skill levels.
Practices are lead by experienced, qualified, and certified coaches.
Our season begins the second week of September and runs through the end of October. We practice twice a week, for an hour at a time. During our 8 week season, we offer XC training and workouts specifically designed for your young athlete, along with core strength, dynamic drills and post workout stretching.
We also like to have fun during our season! We play a few games and offer a few special workouts we’ve created just for Runner2Runner teams.
