Come run with us this fall with our Cross Country program! 

We welcome athletes of all skill levels; no experience necessary!

Goal setting, warm up, drills, age appropriate workout (mileage 1-2 per day), fun games, core stability, stretches and more!

Location: We have three locations in the Hillsboro community! 

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays starting 09/26 to 11/02 

Meets: One meet during the season (weekday), and another state meet at the end of the season (Oct 29th)

Time: 3:30 - 4:30
