Leslie Blount 

  • Leslie Blount is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Education.  She taught physical education in Portland for 6 years and has coached running and track for over 20 years, working with elementary, middle school and high school athletes.  
  •  In 2000 Leslie created the West T.V. Running Club.  She ran this popular elementary school program for 12 years.  In 2010 she took the job of coach/ coordinator of the West Sylvan Middle School Track and XC program and has helped run this team for the past 10 years. For three years, Leslie was a member of the Lincoln High School XC team coaching staff.

Michaela Parisi

Michaela Parisi is a teacher and coach at Belton High School who has coached cross country, swimming, and track & field for the past three years. Her love of running started with running track her freshman year of high school and eventually led her to join the cross country team her senior year. In college she ran cross country and track for Truman State University and since graduating has run six half marathons and four marathons. When she's not running, Coach Parisi enjoys reading, drawing, and snuggling with her dogs.
