Come run with cross country us this fall! 

We welcome athletes of all skill levels; no experience is necessary!

Goal setting, warm-up, drills, age-appropriate workout (mileage 1-2 per day), fun and games, core, stability, stretches, and more!

Runner2Runner teams train in area parks and compete in local meets (if available). 

Training and race distances typically range from 1000m - 3000m, depending on the age of the athlete & location.
